I use multi-grain bread as a staple of my diet. Is multi-grain the absolute best choice? Is there a more dietary beneficial bread.

Make sure it does not contain high fructose corn syrup.

Some decent bread choices include, but not limited to:

* Barlet bread
* Rye
* Buchwheat
* Burgen
* Oat bran
* Mixed grain
