Well, you can have up to 2tbsp a day, IF it's NATURAL.

If it's NOT, ;) Save it for sundays, i usually eat about 10 tbsp on sunday. :D

i bought some today, the only ingredients listed on the jar are peanuts and vegetable oil
Per 15 grams i get 3g protein, 7gfat anf 1.9g carbs, does it sound right?

does it indicate that it's natural ?

no it doesnt, there was about 8 different brands, but none said natural, either way does it sound ok

It will be natural if the only ingredients are peanuts and salt. Also, there will be oil on top that you have to stir in.

None at the moment but plan on adding 1-2 tablespoons of natural PB. One question I had though - does it make a difference if the peanuts are lightly roasted? I have found natural PB (which separates) with only peanuts as ingredient but it says they are slightly roasted. The other PB I found is also called natural and has raw peanuts and salt but also some added veg. oil which I would prefer not to take.
