lose the bread and the milk...IMO that's too much carbs for getting to sleep

Carbs before bed don't make you fat;)

It is good:D Add some healthy fats to that and you're set.

i.e. PB, nuts, etc.

If the cc sandwhich and milk fits into your daily macros, have at it.

Flaxseed oil is a good, healthy fat that, when combined with the slow digesting protein you're going to get from the cc, will make for a very good meal that will keep you out of a catabolic state while you sleep. Again, assuming that the cc sandwhich, milk and flaxseed oil fits into your macros.

Yep, extra virgin coconut oil is also very good. It's a great source of MCT's.

Never tried that stuff before to be honest, what do you recommend it with? Or do you have it by itself?

It's very tasty in choc and mint choc protein shakes. Like I said above it has great benefits associated with it.

Just make the sandwich and shot the oil in your mouth like a shot and chase it with milk. Not bad at all.

I agree,,,unless your very thin with very low bf. I have 3 egg whites and a light yogurt before bed. should eat most of your carbs during the day
