you can get just as big on fruits, vegetables and protein powder.

consuming whey as ur primary protein source will not only be the stupidest thing u ever heard.. u are also cutting out tons of vitamins/minerals that u get from eating whole foods that inhibit the body to grow and stay healthy

i dont know y you would think having just whey would be nutritious and healthy

why keep putting the same thing in ur body when it is just asbored in nearly 30-45 minutes.. it wont do your body any good at all really

yeah.... whey is a good supplement to a diet... but honestly, you're not going to get big taking it with only fruits and vegetables.... ya need some substance to your diet! And yes... that was a really good article! I enjoyed it and am going to put that site on my list of keeper!

When deciding what we need, it's usualy wise to look to our past.
Did we eat meat 5000 years ago?
Did we drink milk 5000 years ago?

If yes, then consider how our bodies have adapted.
Consider the best foods are the ones which have been around the longest - fish, nuts, vegitables, fruits. Our bodies have had the most time to change in order to utilize said foods.

you don't.

there are big vegetarians that are (ovo-lacto, or something?) or just lactose intolerant..

it just takes a lot more hard work, and is retarded.

Ok lets get this straight cause you don't know. All your amino acids are in complete proteins! The best sources lean meats.

I've seen vegetarians who managed to get in pretty damn good shape. Vegetables have incomplete AA profiles, but you can mix and match them to get the whole spectrum. As for the protein powder, you could get casein protein powder that will slow release AAs into your blood just like meat would. Just don't think you can eat bananas and drink whey all day to see results.
