I'm 25 y/o, 150lbs Hardgainer. How many calories should I ingest PWO? Reason why I ask is I just worked out and took in about 500 cal, 60 carbs, 60 grams of protein via shake but I feel real bloated. Is this the way I'm going to feel all the time? I ate about 500 cals, an hour and a half before workout. Any advice would help.

I'd say don't eat so much before your workout because during your workout, your body won't digest the food as well, so it's staying in your system. That, or have a more quickly digesting meal pre-workout. PWO shake at 500 cals is good.
