I use UP N GO regularly.
It's actually pretty good if your finding it hard to get enough energy, or your short on time for a full meal.
The fats are mainly mono'/poly's which is good as well.
Sustagen is the other good one here, which actually has more energy per serve than Up N Go.

that with oats is a good dose of carbs for ur breakfast.. but they do say breakfast is ur biggest meal of the day..

IMO i would just have ur oats.. get a piece of fruit and a good protein source..

u could go for that.. but have u ever thought of making a homeade shake instead prob a bit healthier and u could have it on the side with ur oats

1 cup milk
piece of favorite fruit ( bananas, blueberries, strawberries)
a scoop of whey
1-2 tablespoons of PB

then have ur oats on the side or blend ur oats in the shake that way you can just take this with you on the go

very quick and simple and it yields around 700 cals or so..

hell u could mix ur up n go with that if u wanted to to even bump up the cals some more and make a super shake

if ur somewhat serious into ur lifting and u want to get a edge in some results i suggest u get some whey.. i mean some is as cheap as 50 cents a serving

its cheaper then most of the protein ull buy in stores and is good to have.. i suggest u buy some.. prob a lot cheaper then ur up and go and more benefical to the body

about 70 servings.. which is 70 scoops or so.. ill give u a list of some sites i got here with some decent protein powders

http://vigorous.stores.yahoo.net/abbpupropr4.html
this ABB protein mixes real well and tastes great.. i suggest vanialla n strawberry banana.. the choclate isnt the best tasting

http://www.************.net/get_item_un208.htm
this is a great protein also 20 bucks and it gets the job done.. reccomended by a friend all the flavors taste good.. mixes easy also

a lot of people on here reccomend ON Whey .. i think it tastes just like the ABB i have on the first link

the choices are really endless.. find one that works for u.. shoot for a good 20-25g of protein in a serving with low sugars for ur protein powder..

find one that u think u might want to buy and post it on here
