Right!! Diet has always been up and down thanks to fad diets and depression...ohh well gotta stop feeling sorry for yaself. Immigrating to a new life in Hong Kong in a few months, wanna get down to the slimmer self before then.

(Start) 6th July 2007 - 210Lbs --- > 25th July 2007 - 194Lbs (Current)

That was fasting on fruit for a while, educated myself a bit now and got my diet sorted.

Diet
Not much to say here, everything fresh... lots of fruit and raw veg... rice.. beans.. chicken. Not going over 1700 Calories a day.

Rough Daily Burn - 3100 Calories
Daily intake - 1700 Calories
Defecit - 1400 Calories

Really need to sort my weight training out it's a mess, but thats what I have been doing at the moment. Will incorperate more/change some in the next week or so.

Goal! - 164lbs, perhaps a little low... might adjust later.
