Protien is very important when cutting and he is American so I would assume he means pounds.

Yea the protien definetly helps to retain the muscle but remember if you consume too much it could damage the kidneys or your body can become depenedent and start burning your protien for energy.

Russel that is bull**** and you know it. there is no current prook of excessive protein damaging kidneys. maybe if you eat 5000 grams a day. Get it right before you start posting such atrocities.

To date there has not been one study that has shown that excess protien consumption can damage kidneys. In fact the oposite has shown through.

Russell if you dont know dont post.

I also increase my carbs by 50 and decrease my protein by 50 on Sat. Then Sun increase my carbs by 50 more and decrease my protein by 50 more.

Couldnt fat loss be greater if less fat was consumed? I am not a pro at cutting or anything, been bulking for a while but I will cut soon. So give me some ideas. Currently 235lbs, 5'10", 16%bf. Cycle will be consisting of ttokkyo winny, eq, Lloffer prop., clen and maybe t3. What kind od dosage would you go with?

I am wondering about the fat intake, I am interested in getting cut i am already muscular but I have problems about eating a lot because I was used to eating a lot to get muscled up.

Im standing at 5"10 195 and 12 percent of bodyfat.

In all honesty sure its cookie cutter and not perfect, but his recommendations arent terrible for a body builder (or anyone with some good LBM)

Your diet is good but it is weight loss or for gaining muscle, if you taking it gaining muscle then protein is good for muscle building, you can also one supplement to your diet, may that will help you for the growth of muscle.

Since "dietman82" is systematically bumping every thread found in a search with the word "diet" in it I would estimate the probability that it is actually a spambot at about 75%.
