Well I just started super duper clean bulking again, and I've been a lot more strict this time around. For the past couple of months I've been just on a "normal" diet, probably 2000cals, I didn't really eat clean at all. I switched over to clean bulking (I mean clean baby) on Monday. It's been extremely hard for me to get in ~2500cals, and I want to be consuming ~3000-3200 a day. I've had stomach aches every single day, all day, and I've probably crapped 3-4 times a day. I always feel full. Well this sucks, and I was just wondering how long it took you guys to feel normal again after starting a clean bulk.

It took me about a week to fully adjust to the larger portions and excess calories when I began bulking. Your body will adjust bro, just give it some time.

naw, i dont increase calories every 3-4 days. What i mean is when I initially begin my bulk it takes a 7-10 days for me to adjust. When i'm mid-bulk and increase even more (say from 4,600 to 4,900) i'm uncomfortable for 3-4 days before i get used to it
