ok my goal is to get my body fat % down as much as possible before i start semi-pro football next spring. so i hope you all come along and watch my journey there ill be doign a simple diet where i will be eating 40% protein 40$ carbs and 20% fats. Here is what my daily intake should look like......Starting the diet tomorrow so i will post for eevry time i eat....thank you

Protein: 180 grams = 680 calories
Carbs: 340 grams = 1360 calories
Fat: 68 grams = 612 calories

ill also post after all my workouts and let you know how they go......Lifting will consist of mostly sets of 3 with 10 reps with 30-45 second break in between sets....and some isometrics

Then for cardio i will be doing interval training

Good luck man. I'm just wondering, if you're eating 40 percent carbs and 40 percent protein, then why are you consuming 180 grams of protein and 340 grams of carbs per day?
