Does the nutritional content of Steak Decrease significantly when you cook it to a medium or medium well which isnt red. I allways hear about people saying oh.. I eat red meat why do they allways say red? Does it have way more protein and stuff when it is rarest or what? Or does it not really matter just a buzz word whats the deal ??

I believe the more you cook it the more nutrients are lost, not enough to even worry about though. As far as why is it called 'red meat' it's probably because it's red when it's uncooked. Just like pork is called the 'other white meat'
