ok, i really wanna try to drop a few pounds and get as lean as i can. Can anyone suggest a mean plan for me...i really dont know what i should and shouldn't be eating. I usually have a protein shake twice a day....then maybe tuna, chicken or macaroni before work at 4ish. I dont really eat THAT much...but i understand i should be eating around 4 solid meals a day. Can someone give me advice, i'd really like to eat as best i can

bowl of oatmeal
2 eggs/3 whites
1 cup of milk


protein shake


chicken breast
1 cup of brown rice
veggies


protein shake


steak or fish
1 potatoe
veggies


protein shake before bed...





There you have it. Simple and easy- you'll get cut with that in no time; it depends how much you weigh though... :)

Between 5 and 7 meals daily is normal for a bodybuilding diet. Make sure to stay away from saturated and trans fats, sugary items, and anything that is wasted calories. If you're undecided between two meals, optfor the one of lesser calories.

i take protein before and after the gym only...should i add the 3rd before bed? what does that last one do for me at night?
