Well what I'm eating, can anyone tell me if this is good?

Morning:
Oats
Pre workout Protein Shake

**WORKOUT BELOW**
(thirty seconds of rest every 3 minutes in each boxing workout)
10 jumping jacks then 10 pushups (x3)
3 minutes of round rounds
3 minutes of shadow boxing
3 minutes of heavy bag
3 minutes of double end bag
3 minutes of speed bag
3 minutes of jump rope
3 minutes of sit ups
Ok so now my boxing routines done, but I do that anyways. Heres the workout I'm doing now.

Walk/Jog 3 miles a day!
Dumbbell benching 5x25lbs (25 lbs each dumbbell)
Bench press 6x95 every day
Dips 3x6
High Cable Workout
**WORKOUT DONE**

Post Workout:
Water
Brown Rice w/ Chicken and Veggies

Dinner:
Water
Brown Rice w/ Chicken and Veggies

Bedtime:
Protein Shake

Sorry for double post but I gotta post what I did everyday.

Breakfeast:
Oatmeal
Protein Shake

WORKOUT
Did all of my excersizes.

Post:
Brown Rice w/ Chicken and Broccoli

Dinner:
Steak, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Peas

Bedtime:
Protein Shake

So does anyone know how good this will do me for a weeks worth?

Yeah thanks man, anyone else have any critiques on my workout or suggestions for fast but healthy weight loss?
