How many of you have had this happen while taking NO? i occasionally get them when im stressed or whatever... recently while on NO i got this horrible one.. damn... anybody else experience it?

Yea if you read the label it will tell you that it a possible side effect. If you are stressing out a lot while taking NO2 it will definetly increase your chances.

ya i read that.. didnt think it would happen haha.. but its no biggie.. just kind of sux a lil.. but i def get improvements while on it.. so i dont care bout the cold sore

I get them if i go to the beach or i am in the sun all day without sunblock on my lips ....other that that i donbt usually ghet them at all (knock on wood)

I have used NO2 products for years now and never got one from it (knock on wood again) i guess im just lucky

if you get cold sores then take lysine with the arginine. Lysine apparently is really good for fighting cold sores

Quit taking Arginine and start taking 3 g of Lysine per day until it is gone.

Yep, if you are susceptible to cold sores, Arginine can be a big culprit.

you could also take some lysine pills to help with them, or take in a lot more dairy
