Im trying to clean bulk to gain muscle while shed of fat off my stomach through swimming cardio. There are some pics of me in this thread and also some discussion.

Today So far (3pm)

Breakfast-
2 Cup Skim Milk + 1.5 Scoop Whey
4 Hard Boiled Eggs

Meal 2
Chipotle Burrito (Steak + Cheese + Tortilla)
Chipotle Rice (half a side of rice)

Post Workout
Whey Shake
any advice?

any advice?

what time did you get up? add some complex carbs to your bfast and loose some of the whey and maybe some of the milk, too much protein.

That Burrito = 670 cals, 30 fat, 57 carbs, 45 protein
1/2 serv rice = 120 cals, 3.5 fat, 20 carbs, 2 protein
TOTALS = 790, 33.5 fat, 77 carbs, 47 protein

That was the Chipotle meal info (chipotlefan.com), and not sure what your goals for macros go, but 77 carbs and 33.5 g fat is quite high for a single meal. I only have one 70+ carb meal and I am a decent amount heavier than you and clean bulking as well.

Then again I do not know what your nutritional goals are but I suggest you try and plan things out a little better if you want to succeed in this bulk.

Damn I just realized that. My goal is become lean and have some good muscle. Right now i have hardly any muscle as you can see in my pics. Can you help me with a general diet?

that chipotle meal wasnt bad imo. Its not the greatist thing to eat but the macros are decent. 77 carbs arent alot and since its your 2nd meal and your breakfast was carb lacking. Those 77carbs meant nothing . Its all about cals in v cals out really.

Dont need no help.
At your age/height/weight, you need to eat every thing you can fit it, just try and keep it fairly clean, and lift as heavy as you can (with good form)

focus on the big compound movements. squats and deadlifts have done more for my body than the rest of my routine combined.
