It's my birthday tonight so I can pick whatever, though I'm not particularly craving anything so I have no idea what I want... any suggestions?

I do know for dessert I'm having a Dairy Queen Ice Cream cake my sister made for me (she works there).

no barbecue sauce. Just La Grille Chicken Spice on Grilled Chicken breast put into a bun with mayo and some salt pepper and tomato. 23 g protein per chicken breast. Doesnt get much better than that

mine tomorrow...going out for italian and you better believe there will be appetizers and drinks and cheesecake for desert!!

Im having a large container of organic plain probiotic kefir mixed with a whole tub of organic blueberries and organic strawberries.Doesnt get much better than that.

what i eat every night and i love it

grilled chicken salad with mixed veggies topped w/ olive oil

bed of romaine / iceberg
5 oz of grilled chicken
1 tablespoon of olive oil for dressing
8 oz of mixed veggies ( mostly broccoli and califlour and a few carrots)
