View Full Version : Velocity diet gonna get ripped!

today im on day 2 of the diet.......starting weight 179...today i weighed in at 176.8
was having hunger pangs this morning but have not had the urge to cheat...........i will forege ahead and complete this.I have no idea what my body fat is but i should only need to lose probably 10 lbs of fat to be ripped

Good luck. It's going to get worse, then get better, then get worse rinse wash and repeat but it's well worth it so at the times it gets worse just suck it up and remember it gets better:) You'll never look at a protein shake in the same way. Looking forward to monitoring yer progress!

Yay! More cannon fodder for the v diet!

lol, good luck mate. It is going to much to physically and mentally but it gets better and worse at the same time, rips the fat off and changes you also. Good luck and suck it up and do the 28 days...

What supps you using fo it also?

im using matrix 5.0 cookies in cream, fish oil pills,flax meal,surge,and hot rox

Good luck on the Velocity.
Just hang in there.
At times you will feel ready to call it quits.
Put a gum in your mouth and the feeling will pass.

todays weight is 175.........so im down 4 pounds in 2 days............i am starting to think i shouldnt begin to do any cardio lol.Woke up again with hunger pangs but i8ts nothing i cant handle

day 3-6 are the worse then besides that it's all habit if you stick with it, and the hunger pains subside around day 5-6

weigh in today is 173.5 so im down another pound and a half.No hunger pangs when i woke up so maybe it will get easier

Todays weight is 173 , so im down 6 pounds so far this week,did 30 min of cardio yesterday,woke up with hunger pangs but still no desire to cheat

im doing this diet ONLY for 2 weeks and then see where it takes me.
i lost 71lb total in fat over 2 years but now this last 15lb are killing me!!! the love handles and small pouch wont go!

so im goin to shock my body for 2 weeks... slooooooowly let some carbs come thru and see what happens.

i would but with full time work, full time school and social events... i cant carry protein powder everywhere ya know... so this next two weeks imma tuff it out adn carry my whey whever i go lol.

empty water bottles and once they dry premake the shakes (dry ingredients). it will save you tons of time and will make it much easier to keep on schedule, just add water and drink.

weight today is still 173,did 30 min of cardio......went to san fran today and forgot to bring my shakes ,wound up buying 3 rtd whey shakes at gnc,it was the best i could do

week 1 is over,weight is 172 so i am down 7 pounds....strength is up in some lifts and the same in others......i dont get any cravings unless im depressed but i have yet to act on it!looking forward to being done......i am looking leaner definately

Good work man, keep it up! I'm on day 2 myslef. I'd have my log in here with ya, but posted it in the main fat loss section on accident like a tool lol. I'll keep an eye on your log : )

Good stuff mate, you made it past the hardest part and had a solid loss for the first week. Water weight and fat also, you should proably expect around the same in week 2 also.

Wow I was just scrolling down some of the threads here and I saw this- Good work on your weight loss!

After everyone is done with the V-diet challenge, I mite give it a shot. Keep it going, your doing good :)!

on day 12 and my weight is now up to 175 lbs......so not good news ......after my real food meal my weight was 174 ,had all my shakes perfectly the next day plus did 45 min of cardio and still shot up a pound lol........

I wouldn't worry about it too much. I only dropped .4 pounds total the second week but lost an inch off my waist.

weight is back down to 173 as of today.........work out went great yesterday .....feeling great pumps,did 30 min of cArdio today.........and pants are looser......at this rate ill be a 30 inch waist by the time the diet is over

well my weight is down to 169 pounds,thats 10 pounds lost...not ripped however.........but i have reduced my waist to 30 inches from a tight 32 ,so thats good......i will be ending the velocity diet on sunday to begin a new diet well i can actually get satisfaction from my meals.I didnt do the deit perfectly,there were times when i replaced flaxmeal with natty peanut butter,i did that often.........so to all that wish to follow this diet.....do it perfectly and you will see results.

howmany days have u finished so far? if u r close to 28, mite aswell finish it mate..
