What do you guys think of this? Idea here is cutting. Let me know any changes that can be made for the better. I know that deli meats are full of salts and preservatives but I gotta eat them before they go bad. They've been sitting in the fridge a while. If anyone knows where I can buy some turkey breasts please let me know.

Also if anyone wants to know what else I can add to my diet please let me know. As you can tell by this log I love cottage cheese lol

Also, is that too much water to be drinking?

Sunday November 21st: (No weight lifting day, just 30 minutes of cardio at medium intensity)

1 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 1 low carb yogurt, 17 oz water
290 calories, 36g protein, 16g carbohydrates

Half of a 1/4 lb ground lean beef burger, 1 chicken breast, 2 slices turkey pastrami, 17 oz water
340 calories, 48g protein, 10g carbohydrates

1 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 1 slice turkey bolony, 17 oz water
260 calories, 32g protein, 8g carbohydrates
