I have done two low dogages cycles of 1-ad, just at 300mgs a day. I just went till the bottle was empty. I didnt know **** about it then, i just knew it was what everyone was taking it at the gym and i didnt know about this place. I have done more research as of now, and i have learned a lot and i am ready for another cycle since i havent touched anything but creatine for the last 6months. Which of the two do you recommend for me. I'm 6'1, 195lbs, 11.9% bf and be lifting hard for a year, but i messed around with lifting for about the last 4 years.

also im bulking and i want the cycle which i will benefit as far as getting more size and strength, and keeping it after pct
