Breakfast: 2 scoops of whey
1 cup of oatmeal
1 teaspoon of flax

Snack: 1 green apple
2 scoops of Grow!
5 grams of fish oil

Lunch: 5 oz of salmon or eye of round steak
8 ounces of brocolli florets
1 yam

Snack: 1 cup of shredded wheat
2 scoops of Grow!
5 grams of fish oil

Dinner: 5 oz. of chicken
8 ounces of spinach
i cup of brown rice

Workout Shake: 15 grams of dextrose
15 grams of maltodexrin
20 grams of whey

Post workout: 40 grams of dextrose
20 grams of whey

1 hour after post workout shake: 1 cup of oatmeal
1 scoop of whey

Bedtime: 1 cup of cottage cheese
1 tablespoon of flax oil
