june 7th weighed 314 lbs
june 23rd weighed in at 307 lbs
july 12 weighed in at 301 lbs

i acctually bought a scale tonight because i had a feeling the scale at my gym was off it also has a body fat mesurement and it says i have a body fat percentage of 34 percent so that deffently needs to come down but i know it will take time so i will weigh in again on the 27th and see where i am at

basically what i do is this

8 00 - 1 package of oatmeal - 70 caliores
12 00 - 1 apple - 60 caliores
2 00- 1 turkey sandwhich 125 caliores
4 30 - 1 tuna sandwhich - 150 caliores
7 00 - 1 chicken breast and 1 can of vegtable - 350 caliores

the only question i have is should i add a protein shake after i workout or not the way i work out is i hit the weights i do 15 reps and 3 sets and i do 30 mins of cardio

Yeah, I would try to add the protein shake in there. Your calories are very low (maybe dangerously low) but a good 300-400 cal protein shake could get you closer to reasonable territory. You are doing great so far, but you might want to increase the calorie intake to avoid ro at least minimize muscle loss.

If you add it and stop losing then you might want to re-think it, or one of the other meals, but I would be surprised if you did not continue losing even with the shake.

By the way, most on here would recommend at your weight that you eat anywhere from 2500-3500 calories per day even while losing. Personally, I eat a lot less, usually between 1500-2000, and that is about the lowest I have seen from most of the bigger guys like us who keep logs on here.

cool thanx ill try that i mean i feel fine though with just doing that in the past i would try to loose weight but would always feel hungry but for some reason i dont feel hungry when now but i will add a protien shake after i work out because i normally work out at 5 in the morning because i have heard it is better to do that and it is really the only time i have to workout
