We sell these "Porky bits" at work which are dried up pork rind, low fat, no carbs 30% protein. Are they any good?

you might as well be eating beef jerky double dried and then baked to oblivion. it's overprocessed food. look on the label man you should see a whole list of preservatives and the sodium should be sky high.

how can pork rind be low fat?
