I'm ~155lbs 5'10 ~9-10% bf(4 pack)

I'm not really interested in putting on that much weight(1/2-3/4lb a week, as much muscle as possible), i was just wondering what the ideal caloric intake for myself should be.

Currently I'm dieting on ~2000 calories running/nonlifting days
~2400 calories on lifting days
taking an ECY and losing ~3/4~1lb a week.

BTW i'm ending my diet in 2 weeks, so cutting to bulking transition info would be appreciated as well.

This you will have to figure. Noone can throw a number out there and say this is the amount you should eat. There are many formulas, but the best thing to do is know your maintenance levels. From there, start increasing your calories at a 250 per day clip for instance, give it a week or so to start showing results. If you stay the same, you were probably off on your maintenance levels to begin with, so increase again. Do this intelligently, and you will gain slowly and steadily with limited fat gain.

It all depends on your RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) or BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate).

I maintain at 3330 kcal.

i definantly do not agree with this. At this level and my metabolism i would starve as i am 110 pounds. I generally use the multiply by 20-25 rate and i use 25 for myself which comes out to 2,750 cals but you just have to know your metabolism
