View Full Version : I'd like you to lend me your knowledge

Hello everyone.
I have been working out for a bit more than 3 months now. Im starting to build some muscle but I think Id really see a lot more improvements if I changed my diet. I read for about two hours last night on this site about diets, its a lot of information and everyone has their own advice.

About myself: I'm 20 years old, 5'6, and 138 pounds. I'm not sure what my body fat % is but im semi skinny and im not exactly toned. My year end goal is 150 pounds and around a 12% body fat. I lift monday tuesday thursday friday, my days off ill run 2 miles. My diet as of now consists of Breakfast- wheat cerial bannana, Lunch- Lean cuisine, apple, protien shake pre workout, Dinner- Subay turkey or tuna with lettuce and tomatoe. I'm aware I need to eat more during the day, cut the lean cuisine and eat bigger dinners.

Id really like to completley wrap my head around my diet concept. I want to know how much carbs, fat, protien ect that Im intaking during the day and know how much I should be to reach my goal.

Do you guys have any information you can give. Some nice articles you boomarked?
