8AM
Oatmeal
1 scoop whey protein
1 tsp of all natural PB
1 whole wheat bread slice
2 egg whites

10:50AM-
1 turkey sandwhich (on 2 whole wheat slices)
1 apple

1:00PM-
1 scoop protein
banana
handful of almonds

1:30PM-
HIIT cardio

2:30PM POST-
1 cup of brown rice
broccoli
baby carrots
and a protein source(either Chicken breast, or tuna)

5pm-
Yogurt
Almonds
Water

7PM pre-
banana, almonds

7:30pm
Weights Workout

9PM
1 Scoop protein
1 cup brown rice
