age: 16
starting weight: 185
end weight: 160-165 (hopefully)
My old diet log was "shurgs or drugs cut!" vvv

I went on a diet on april 4/16/07 , i was 198 lbs and got to 183. I lost sight of my goals and quit my diet, well now that school is over i can devote all my energy into work and my diet.

my work schedule is tue, wed 3:30 - 10 p.m fri 3:30 - 11 p.m
i get up at about 6:30-7 a.m everday

i will be working out 5-6 days a week
doing hiit and s/s cardio everday

s meal 1: cup of oats w/ protien scoop 7:30 am
a d meal 2: turkey sandwich on multigrain bread 11:30 am
m i # meal 3: can o' tuna fish 2 pm
p e 1 meal 4: protien shake 2:30 pm (after workout)
l t meal 5: grilled chicken, mushrooms, broccoli, spinach 5:30 - 6 pm
e snack: sugar free jello 10 pm

a d meal 1: 3 scrammbled eggs, slice of toast "
m i # meal 2: sandwich of some sort or salad "
p e 2 meal 3: salmon maybe veggie
l t meal 4: protien shake
e meal 5: salmon or steak or chicken, w/ yam or mixed veggies

mon : chest, bi's - cardio
tues : tris and shoulders - cardio
wed : back and traps - cardio
thur : legs - cardio
fri : abs cardio
sat : rest - cardio
sun : repeat

meal 1: 3 scrambled eggs, slice of toast
meal 2: turkey sandwich on multi grain bread
meal 3: tuna on lettuce, no mayo
meal 4: protien shake 1 tbsp pb
meal 5: huge chicken ceasar salad

no cardio today didnt have time
I did chest and bi's today
3 sets x 10 reps bench
3 sets x 10 reps incline
3 sets x 20 reps push ups

3 sets x 12 reps close and wide grip on e-z bar (6 sets)

did this in my basement i have a bench, some free weights and plenty of plates however i am limited to various excercises

will be getting a new membership at my local gym on monday so i will be able to do more exercises

Today was a total bust.. huge july 4th bbq. Didnt workout or run, ate crazy.
Dissapointed in myself but hey independence day comes but once a year.
Tomorrow im gonna push my self harder then ever!

woke up at 6:30 took my hydroxycut pills, stretched for 15 mins then hit the treadmill at 5 mph for 6 mins and 6 mph for 4 mins, did 3 sets of situps, crunches and side crunches, followed by a 5 min cool down on treadmill

meal 1: cup of oatmeal w/ scoop of protien powder
meal 2: 2 turkey sandwiches (1 slice turkey per sandwich, i dont like turkey)
on multi-grain bread
meal 3: can o tuna and a protien shake (3 oz milk half scoop)
meal 4: 8 oz salmon, yam and a side salad with oil and vin. ( 3 tbsp vin, 1 teaspoon oil)
meal 5: protien shake (post workout)

did tri's and bi's today
3x10 close and wide grip ez bar (6x10) (35 lbs, 50 lbs, 60 lbs)
3x10 Close-Grip Bench Press (45 lbs, 65 lbs, 80 lbs)
3x10 flat tricep press (35lbs, 50 lbs, 65 lbs)
1x8 Reverse Triceps Bench Press (75lbs)
1x3 Reverse Triceps Bench Press (100lbs)

debating if i should go out on a night jog.. i had a 130 cal energy drink and im pissed off cause i grabbed the wrong one! it as supposed to be diet!!

woke up at 6:30a.m. stretched until 6:45 then ran a mile at 6 mph (12 mins)

meal 1: cup of oat w/ protien scoop, and an egg scrambled
meal 2: 3 eggs w/ yolk 2 egg whites - scrambled, handful of wheaties
meal 3: 1/2 cup black beans, can o tuna
meal 4: skipped.. cause i couldnt workout
meal 5: went out to dinner to some indian place id tell you what i ate but you guys would scratch your heads.

I cant stand the smell and taste of my multi, everytime I open the bottle I amlost throw up. Every hiccup I can feel stomach acid and my morning meal coming up my throat. I know its an important part of my diet, but im questioning if i should stop taking it. Does anyone kno of a good tasting multi?
Would a vitaball work or flinstones?

Just close your eyes and drink it quick. That is what I do.
Who said this was supposed to be joyful? :p

ty cai, i also think its because i take it on a empty stomach. I take it at 6:30 when i wake up and dont eat until 7:20

Yeah, I take it on an empty stomach in the morning. Than I go do cardio, showe, than eat.
but usually take it with my last meal at night.

same.. but i jus burp up the nastiest taste in the world, gonna take it after i eat tomorrow and see what happens. As for casein protien should i go with on's or higher power?

hmm woke up at 12, hopefully this will not affect my diet im gonna eat 4 meals opposed to 5 because I cant space them out. Im getting ready to workout, im doing shoulders and back today, followed by hiit and abs.

meal 1: 2 eggs, protien shake (post workout)
meal 2: Had mcdonalds as i went to a job interview and couldnt get home
in time so i had a a lil pack of apples, grapes and walnuts didnt eat
yougurt that came with it, had a ceasar salad didnt use the dressing.
and a diet soda
meal 3: Bought some brown rice, fresh veggies, shrimp, chicken made some
stir fry
meal 4: 2 eggs, protien shake (post workout)


i remixed my hiit, vv
1:30 warm up at 3mph
30 secs 8mph
30 situps
30 secs 8mph
30 secs 4mph
30 secs 8mph
30 situps
30 secs 8mph
30 situps
60 secs 4 mph
LAST ROUND - 60 secs 8 mph, 30 situps
3 min cool down at 2.5mph

my diet im gonna eat 4 meals opposed to 5 because

I would say 4 should do it since your day will be shorter in a way.
But usually on Saturday night I stay up really late, so if that is your case I would say you can still fit in that 5th meal.

Give it a shot.

well staying up last night killed me, I laid in bed looking at my wall trying to sleep. i woke up at 10:30 am and had to go to work at 12 - 5 pm! I was caitering/waiting a party and the only available food for five hours was Egg plant rollintini, chicken francaese (sp), sausage and onions, and baked ziti.

Needless to say today was a cheat, i wasnt planning on cheating this early in my diet so im a little dissapointed. Well tomorrow is another day, so im gonna pick back up were i left off.

Well, after being arrested for some dumb****, and being grounded since two weeks ago. I have thought over my lifting plans and eating plans. I will be eating 2.2k cals 40/30/30 split.

6:55 a.m cardio 6 mph (10 mins - mile)
Abs - Chest - Biceps

meal 1: 4 eggs scram.
meal 2: half natty pb on wheat, banana ,
meal 3: protein shake w/ water < gross ran out of milk.
meal 4: 6 oz chicken, broc spinach and mushrooms
meal 5: 6 oz chicken, broc spinach and mushrooms
