Hello from Texas everyone! I am one week out from my 2nd BB show and man am I a tired cranky pants - but I have decided, since the judges all said in my 1st show I really need more size, and I know I need more size, after this show I want to take 2 good years just to add some muscle and I am looking forward to the hard work. I wanted to see if anyone has worked with BB nutritionist online at all? I live in Austin and am having a super hard time finding a nutritionist who doesn't balk when I tell them I a want a bodybuilding diet. I am the type that if the diet is written down - eat xy &z then that's what I do, but I want to find someone who can look at my show pictures and put together an off-season eating program and then when the time comes, a pre-contest eating program.
Has anyone used anyone online? What has been your experience?

Thanks!
J

Congrats so far...I know how that contest dieting can be. I've been working out since 1988 and competing since 1995.

I do online consultations... I worked with spice for about 12 weeks. Spice lost 15 pounds of fat and gained 6 pounds of muscle in a 12 week period.
She has some pics here on my forum: http://msfit.musclemag.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=425

Here's my consultation page: http://theelitephysique.com/consultations/

Of course one-on-one real coaching is best, but many times it's hard to find. However, if you want my aid, I am available.

One of my friends had very good success with Dr Joe Klemczewski (www.joesrevolution.com)
