hi , yesterday I had really bad day. I must go on emergency...so what hapend? yesterday I comeing home from work and I start bloated...{I bloating now long time, but after day each time stoppe it..now almost 1 week I bloating each day, after each meal, each hour..}but it was very bad...my stomach was bigger and bigger and bigger..I coulden't belive during one hour I looked as I'm in 6 months pregnancy. My boyfriend was scared so we go to emergency...there made me some blood test and urine test...it was Ok..so result..I'm constipated and bloating. The doctor said me that maybe..maybe it can be, because I drink a lot of water..and in my stomach is much water and the body can't work..or I eat a lot of veggies or I eat each day to same food.
so what do you think...it's true that I eat a lot of veggies. what do you think can I bloateing from Lettuce?? because I eat a lot of them. and what about water intake? Is it possible that I drink a lot? {1 gallon}

I'm really sorry to hear you are in pain and unwell, but as I told you when you asked for my advice in PM, if you ate more REAL food and perhaps added a supplement like Metamucil, you would not be so bloated or constipated.

How much water do you drink and how much veggies do you eat?

Is it possible you could be having a reaction to certain kinds of food? Are you eating too quickly?

LIke you sometimes I get very bloated and am unable to go to the washroom ... and then I went to see a specialst and discovered that I had colitis which is an inflammation of the colon which for some people makes it difficult to pass things through. Maybe you should go to your family doctor and get a referral to a specialist to have this checked out. I feel for you because I know that it can be incredibly uncomfortable. Being that you are into fitness like me, I am sure that you eat a lot of protein which makes it more difficult to go as well. I drink lots of water thru the day and eat 2/3 c of bran buds each day too which is loaded with fibre that helps move things thru.

I hope that this may help a bit with your problem. Let me know how it goes.

I think that I ate lot fiber...1cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup fiber one cereal {7g}, lot of veggies{4-5cup lettuce, pepper, tomatoes, sometimes cucumber, sometimes broccolli sometimes I use frozen vegetab t my egg omeleet}
I drink +- 1 gallon wather.
so I don't understand

Maybe if I haven't too littel carbs ..I ate only veggies 2x daily, 1 cup oatmeal, sometimes 1 piece of fruit, sometimes I took littel bit rice but only 4 teasp. and 2x at week I took low carb tortilla.
