Hi Everyone! Is there anyone on here that has sucessfully done the Raw Diet? I'm intrested in learning what the typical day plan looks like for someone who competes.

I did a search on "Raw Diet" and couldn't come up with anything so if you know where I might be able to find it please let me know.

Hey hey,

I was on a RAW diet for about a year... I was training at the time so I don't know how good it would be for that. Its a personal thing, in the end it didn't work for me.

A good book is called 'raw power' by Steven Airlin. YOu should be able to find it on amazon.

I was a raw foodist for about a year as well, but at the time I was a cardio queen - I didn't weight train. Once I started weightlifting I switched to a "bodybuilding" diet with cooked foods, meat, etc.

Two of the trainers at my gym swear by eating raw. I'm going to give it a try and see what happens.
