I was in the gym an I saw this guy walking from one end of the gym to the other carrying 80LB dumbbells in each hand.He did it 4x. Does anyone know what the benefit of that is. I'm just curious.

The Farmer's walk works your grip (and endurance...)

Helps forearms too. I do them sometimes. I use plates to make my grip stronger.

Well, then this is the perfect time to include the farmer's walk in your workouts. Think of the advantage you will gain for christmas shopping. :D

works out grip are you can superset forarms and traps buy holding them in the shrug position.
