Do you think that running at 6 miles an hour at no incline is better than walking at 4 miles an hour with an incline of 10 or more, for about 30 minutes???

Thanks

no, from personal experience fast with no incline is to rough on my body. my past show all my cardio i did walking at 3mph and an incline between 4 and 12. but, running is just not my thing

Depends what your goal is. What are you trying to achieve?

I dont think the calories burned aare going to be to much of a difference. The incline will firm you up pretty good. Maybe you go 6 then put the incline on fr 1min evrey couple minutes.

There's no one set standard for what works. Your best option will be to mix it up and use cardio in a progressive fashion. In addition to that, you need to implement your diet in such a manner that it keeps the body off guard as well.
