Im curious as to what you other chicks are eating.

Meal one: 2 Eggs, 1 Slice lean ham, 2 slices ww toast
meal two: 1/2 detour bar
meal three: chicken and roasted pototes (with even numbers!)
meal four: (one hour after workout) Protein shake and ww crackers
meal five : 1 1/2 chicken breasts and sweet potato
meal six: not had it yet.....Ive been having trouble getting it in.

Meal 1 ; Trioplex bar after morning workout
Meal 2 ; 1 c. oatmeal with 2 egg whites
Meal 3 ; 3 oz. chicken breast with 1 c. broccoli
Meal 4 ; large green salad with mandarin oranges and chicken
Meal 5 ; 2/3 c. bran buds, protein shake and veggies with low fat dip

plus tons of water thru out the day!!! That is pretty much what I have everyday though often during the week I will have 6 oz salmon and veggies for dinner to up the good fats and I will have one or two meals a week where I eat whatever I want within reason like a glass of red wine with dinner or a few cookies for dessert.
