Yo please look at this diet and tell me what ya think

what yall think im a 165pound male 16 year old

Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal
5 egg whites

440 calories

37g protein
6g fat
60 carb
10g fiber

Lunch: 2 turkey/chicken sandwiches
Whole wheat bread

600 calories

Around 2: Protein bar

300 calories

30g protein
35g carb
5g fat

Bus Ride: Apple

80 calories

20g carb

Home: 1 cup of golean Kashi
Serving of meat

340 calories
35g protein
5g fat
30g carb
10g fiber

Postworkout: 2 scoop of whey
1 scoop of dextrose

380 calories

46g protein
46g carb
3g fat

Dinner: Serving of meat
Vegetables

400 calories
45g protein
45g carb

Bed meal: 3 table spoons of natural almond/peanut butter

300 calories approximately

10g protein
25g fat
15g carb


Comes out to
247g protein
45g fat
300g carb

= 2550 calories

how did you get 37 grams of protein from 5 eggwhites and 1 cup of oatmeal?? eggwhites only have 3 grams protein each.

the egg carton says the eggs i eat for 5g protein each

plus 12g of protein for the oatmeal

that is for the whole egg. the white is only half. so 2.5 grams.

One major suggestion would be to make sure that every meal is pretty even with the others. In other words, no 80 calorie meals and 440 calorie meals... Even all of them out to be the same calorically.


My other suggestion would be to talk intelligently and not use words like "yo" when ever possible. It makes a person sound stupid even when they are not.:)
