I'm thinking about picking up my circuit training routine again, which worked really well for me last year. Helped me shed about 25 lbs in about three and half months. Since then I've done more cardio, gotten a little sloppy with my eating and have put on 10lbs. The food, definitely needs some monitoring...

I want to jump back into it but I'm not sure if the circuit training is the right approach. It's pretty simple but I'll add a few exercises on occasion if I feel the muscle group hasn't been worked hard enough.

Here is what the circuit looks like, in the past I've done this 3 days a week:

Squats 8, 12, 15 lbs DB / 20,15,12 reps
Lunges (same weight, reps are 20-25)
shoulder presses 10,12,15 lbs. DB / 20,15,12 reps
Pull downs 20, 40, 60 lbs (on machine) / 20, 15, 12 reps
Bench Presses 12, 15, 20 lbs DB / 20, 15, 12 reps
triceps 20, 25, 30 lbs on machine / 20, 15, 12 reps
biceps 12, 15 lbs DB / 20, 15, 12 reps
Stiff Legged Deadlifts 12, 15 lbs DB / 20, 15, 15 reps

Abs, lower and obliques sometimes on the ab ball usually with a ten lb. plate 3 sets of 25,
lower abs are on an incline bench no weight.
Should I change it up a bit? or try it out for a while until I see some results again, I've noticed that I've gotten a little flabby and could use some tightening up, but just not sure which approach is best. Also, one more thing, I'm finding that I am having a hard time keeping it under an hour and a half, I like to take my time but don't always have that much of it....

Help!

Lower the reps, up the poundages.
