I'm not new to lifting/bodybuilding but i'm new to this site/forum. You guys use "macros" a lot and i do understand it means your overall numbers of calories, protien, etc. intake. Is there anything else i should know? These numbers get adjusted to fit the type of workout plan or what your objective is right? please help
