Hi there girls. I am going to start a 6 month/3 phase training and diet program as if I was going to do a Figure Compatition in 6 months. To see how far I can take my body. I will know after this if I have what it takes to compete for real. I will post my progress. Wish me luck!

Of course you have what it takes. Good luck on your program. Take is slowly so you keep the muscle. ;)

I have started to clean up my diet, and I am writing down and calculating everything I put into my mouth. I am still in shock at how much extra fat and calories I was taking in! It really puts it right there in writing what you need to chang with your diet when you write it all down.

I have already lost 2% bodyfat!!! WHOOOHOOO. I'm loosing 1% a week so far. I will post new pictures when I loose 3-5% more bodyfat!!! I haven't lost anymuscle so far. I'll keep my protein high and watch my body, and make sure I don't look like i'm getting smaller(muscle wise). I'm taken measurements also. I'll post soon!

Wow. That is a nice thing to say....about genetics. I am very happy to say that no one is obese or over weight in my family.
