I need to start running because one day I hope to join the special forces. I am concerned that my legs will not grow or get stronger, though. I also dont want to have a big upper body and stick legs. Will running make my legs grow? Should I still squat?

Well I run for track, and all the distance runners I know have stick legs. If yo want to have massive and strong legs, definatley still squat, but also take some time to do some sprinting, that will keep your legs really strong.

if you want to have strong legs you are going to have to keep lifting.....and if you don;t want huge legs stick to lower weights with higher reps
