When cutting, do you prefer doing HIIT or Low-Medium intensity cardio? Is it ok to do a little of both i.e. HIIT for 2-3 weeks, then Low-Medium intensity for 2-3 weeks?

I voted for both. It is good to keep the body guessing. HIIT also has a better after-burn effect.

I do both, although I prefer and find it easier to fit in HIIT, I like to do a little fasted medium-intensity cardio every so often just so my body doesn't get too adapted.

Depends on what your body is responding to. If you hit a plateau, do the other. You have to keep the body guessing.
