I have a question? after my workout, cardio or weights i have a scoop of whey protien and 1 1/4 cup Kashi good friends (cold) cereal and and cup of skim milk, and a banana and 1/2 cup grapes, is this a bad thing to have? i have been eating it for like two years and its hard to change. any suggestions would be of help thanks .

the rest of my meals are
#2 1cup cottage cheese & .5 oatmeal

#3 Large Salad with 1 small can tuna and 1 tblsp. flax oil
2 tblspoon balsalmic v.

#4 1 piece 7grain bread with 1 tblsp peanut butter

#5 4 egg whites , brussle sprouts and .5 cup sweet potato.

how does this sound?

It sounds fine to me... :) Although the Kashi is quite low GI, the fact you are having it with banana should make it digest a little quicker.

Just stay away from High Fructose Corn Syrup.
