Hi, I've recently been having head aces when I'm lifting. When I start to do any kind of force, like barbell curls, my head will start to hurt. As soon as I stop, the pain dies away slowly. Has anyone had this experience before? Can anyone tell me the reason for this? Thanks,

Make sure you are breathing properly. Many times, people hold their breath while lifting, causing lightness in the head and headaches.

Definitely make sure your breathing properly. It could also be from stimulants that you may take prior to working out.

Anything that raises your HR and/or BP such as caffeine, Ephedrine etc...
