I hear lots of people talking about raising their metabolisms by eating many small meals during the day.

My question is, exactly what is a "small meal"? Is it like a regular meal, only half portions, or is it just like a small package of beef jerkey or a turkey sandwich?

Is there a set number of calories, fat grams, protien grams, carb grams, ect. that every meal needs to have?

I would get an account on www.fitday.com and see how many calories you need a day first, then you can divide that number between your meals (6?) and go from there. There is no set number or size, every person is different... ( bodytype, goals,.. schedules)
