Hello.
I am 19 years old, about 5'0", and about 100 pounds (recently losing about 8 pounds). Although I have been doing cardio about 4 times a week (varies between treadmill, bike, and stepper for about 1hr 15 min. total), I've noticed that my midsection is becoming less and less defined. I want to add weight training and an ab-workout to hopefully help me with this problem. My question is how many times a week should I dedicate to weight training, should I do cardio in the same day or different days from weight training, and what exercises would get me noticeable results.
I am a college student and if I can't get to the fitness center all I have are 10 pound weights in my dorm and a Tae-Bo tape....what would be a good routine I could do in my dorm on days I can't make it to the gym?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Most of your questions are answered in BuffedWildCats nutrition and workout guidelines in the thread "newbie with questions" in the nutrition and dieting section of this forum:

If you are looking for a good workout without weights check out this site:

I suggest you start with workout 1. You could also try the "Swings and Sprints" workout.
