I noticed a thread in the other forum about the best general supplements and what has been working for you. I though it would be nice to have a ladies opinion on this.
So ladies what are you using? And what works for you?

I love Lean System 7 as a fatburner - no jitters but definately results. Couldnt' live without whey protein or my MRP!

I'm using Thermorexin, CLA, carnitine and guggul. I've gone from 18% to 12% bodyfat since July. Of course this was on top of a good diet (carb and calorie cycling), circuit training 3 days a week and walking 1.5 miles about 5 days a week.

question- Glucosamine/MSM is good for joints right - since i have no cartilage in one of my knees and had my acl reconstructed would this be a supplement to take to help my knee out? if not what would be good?
i was also concerned about my bones due to the low bf....is there anything better than calcium pills?
right now i only use whey protein, fish oil, and a womens multi vit. just curious why you ladies take what you take. thanks!
