im from the uk and ive been trying to lose weight. ive just turned 20, and i am about 5'4 and maybe 120 pounds, with have the typical spoon shape body. although this may sound healthy i have too much fat on my body and really want to change it to looking toned and fit. I am a student and unfortunately i dont have the money too spend so much on food, such as eating 5meals a day. I really want to be toned though. can anyone please help, im completely at loss.

That should answer most of your questions.

If you have any questions left after reading it post your stats and your current workout routine and diet.

i love eating fruit, and i am trying to start working out, and concentrating on all aspects of bodybuilding, so i can have a leaner and toned body. I read somewhere that fruit should be limited in the diet. Is this true?

I'm with Emma-Leigh. Fruits are part of a healthy diet.
