Hi - well it's taken me a year of reading this forum but I am finally a member. I must say you are all so knowledgeable and I love reading the journals etc...I have a question regarding circuit training. Currently, I am an Elite level cyclist who is going into the off-season, which basically means I'll be in the gym 2-3x/week. Does anyone have any advice regarding training for my sport? I train very specifically in the winter months on my trainer, I ski, ride outside when I can - so YES I do cardio everyday but then again I need to.

I know I need to work legs, lower back and abs (core muscles) but I was wondering if anyone had any training advice for circuits I could do.

Personally, I can't help you, i'm a newbie myself. But I just wanted to say welcome! So far everyone has helped me so much! I know they'll help ya out too! But just wanted to say hi!
