View Full Version : If i work out 5 days a week am i overtrainig?

i want to start working out 5 and not three days a week and i am afraid i may overtrain. I would like to know if there are any workouts that i can do that many days a week and get great results. Also if there is could you tell me which parts to work out what days and how heavy i should go on each day, and approx how many sets and reps for each set? Thankyou

Its not too much I go 5 days a week,I do 2 body parts at a time heres a example Mon-chest,shoulders Tues-bis,tris,forearms Wed- back,legs,then Thurs start all over again.Then the following Mon start with back,legs some week you been working the same body parts twice.
