What are the best at-home exercises for your abs, (ESPECIALLY THE LOWER PART - belly botton and beyong, pelvis area)

HOw often should ab exercises be done, how many sets/reps???

I strongly belive in weight-bearing exercises for the abdominals. I have never once done home exercises, so I would not know what to do. But I have had a lot of success with my abdominal training and people in the gym ask me what my ab routine is when that area is exposed. My answer is the same every time....

-Doing crunches on the floor are a waste of your time
-Instead, do weight bearing exercises three times/week to build the muscles
-Target the rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis, and obliques
-Then diet like crazy to reduce the visceral fat around the abdomen
-Your efforts are almost worthless unless you follow the diet

Keep in mind that everyone's body is different, so you should try to find out what works for you. I hope this helps a bit. Good luck.
