Why is it that right now I feel I look pretty damn good naked, but my clothes are too tight? Normally when I've gained weight that makes my clothes tight in the past, I look fat naked. I haven't been doing nearly as much cardio since my knee injuries, mostly lifting and focusing on enough rest.

Is it better self esteem? Do I have enough muscle now so even with extra fat, I can still see muscle? Has anyone else gone through this? I feel satisfied when I look at myself naked, but then the clothes don't look good, so I need to diet back down. What's going on?

When was the last time you had your bf% measured? It's possible you were overdoing cardio in the past and now that weight training has taken the lead role you've both lost fat and gained more muscle.

A lot of women with muscles have a hard time finding the right clothes. They don't really make clothing for athletic women and sometimes clothes don't look right on a muscular physique.
