Nice caps on the delts, good biceps peak and lat width. Great ham/quad separation in the side chest and ab shots. Only weakness I see is lack of quad definition. Are your legs the last part to come in?

The hair does look fantastic!

Thanks again everyone,
Thanks for the compliments on my hair too.

I am a natural bodybuilder, including natural appearance , no implants.
It just isn't for me...although the thought has crossed my mind once or twice.

Don't worry egoatdoor, it would take a lot to have a reason to slap someone.

By the way. The Oct. 2nd Competition.....I placed Third in Masters and Second in Lightweight.
There were only three competitors in Lightweight....but at least I didn't place third.

Wow, you could totally kick my ass... the muscles are extremely well defined. It's amazing how despite the size of the muscles, you're very lean.

Nice legs :)

You look excellent, great legs! One area to work on is your rear delts, from your side chest pose they look like they are lagging behind a bit, but we would need to see a rear double bi to know for sure, good luck.

Hey Buffycat you look great, the only thing that in my view needs a little work are the abs but then again you are cutting and 2 weeks should show that sixpack the way you deserve it. Good luck and you have a grrreeaaat body!

I try to work my rear delts a bit more...extra reps, more weight, ect.
It has seemed to work a little, I am up for any tips and suggestions with this stubborn area.
As for my abs, same as my delts, I've been working them more the last two weeks before the comp.
I read somewhere that squatting can make the abs appear full instead of ripped and lean. And that leg presses should be done instead of squats....anyone know about this?

I have the same problem and I have to admit for a long time I ignored it. A few weeks ago, when I saw how underdeveloped they were in comparison to the front and side delts, I decided to do something about it. 1) I added a second rear delt exercise to each delt workout, including using the rear delt machine that I had not used for a long time. Each workout, I do two of these three movements 1) Bent over laterals w/ DB, 2) Rear delt machine, 3) Bent raises lying face down on an incline bench( makes it almost impossible to cheat), 2) I have very good traps, so I eliminated trap work every other delt workout so I could focus more energy on rear delts, 3) After a couple of sets each workout, I do some posing to really develop my "mind muscle connection" and "feel" with the rear delts as well as pump the muscle up a bit more.

Its too soon to say I have solved the problem, but I have noticed improved development there.
