I feel I have a little dilema. My goal has been to gain mass and weight. I've gained 15 pounds. I'm now 5'6' 115. I am happy with this weight but I want my legs an butt a little bigger. But I am noticing a little mor BF then I want. I do cardio 2x a week. If I up my cardio to 3-4x a week can I still gain mass but loose some of the extra BF. Or will I have to just gain a little more weight and then do cardio 3-4x a week? At what point are your legs being overtrained?

I gained a fair bit of mass in my legs and glute while still doing 4 sessions of cardio a week. The key was short, sprint and HIIT sessions as cardio, and super-heavy weights one day a week, no cardio that day.

For bigger legs, go heavy and shock them constantly. Always keep them guessing.
